Some things never do change. Some things do. Sometimes thing just LOOK DIFFERENT... but the end result is the same. We can't afford to keep on doing business way we have been and have any hope of making things better for ourselves or the kids. This website is intended to be a sounding board for JCO's, teachers, and yes, even Administrators to use for sharing ideas on what might work to make our jobs safer and our efforts more effective.
While we can't really "spare the rod and spoil the child" here, we CAN enforce reasonable discipline to help the kids learn prosocial values that will help them when they get back into society. If we don't, we ALL LOSE OUT.
It's not just THEIR future that's at stake -- it's OURS too!
